Colors of love

  Colors of love The color of love Its red sometime but briefly so like embers glow burning bright with the winds that blow its red sometime but briefly so its blue a lot with pining hearts broken dreams unrequited asks an open casket of unmet wants its blue a lot the color of love and then sometimes its an indigo haze a violet dream between night and day we know not for sure what is true sometime red, sometime blue a misty cloud that we amble through it takes on hues of jealous green when there are  lovers more than two it twists and turns it singes and burns its gets messy and nasty  when there are more than two love takes on hues of  jealous green too And when its not steeped enough you see it turns out rather yellow and weak neither alive nor dead its just pretends to be love  while it isn’t, in reality And so in myriad ways  love plays casting rainbow across our life’s landscape touching us in its colorful ways

Romance of Climbing

Our world is made up of many small worlds, that intersect and that we amble in and out of, on a daily basis. There is the the work world, the sports world, the natural world, the friendship world, the family world and so on. These and many more like them make for endless combinations of interesting and blah spaces that we inhabit.   All world’s are not the same though. Some offer money, some offer thrill. Some give warmth, as in our families, and some excite our senses. Some touch us more deeply than others. Some infuse more life into us and some are a net drain. On a good day, some even offer the tingle of romance.  And then there is the Climbing world. Solid, one hundred percent built out of romance. Its different that way. Climbing.
